New construction of a new six-story, podium-style residential building totaling approximately 457,600 square feet and comprising 257
residential rental units. Residential units will be located on Floors 1 through 6, with the Ground Floor also incorporating a residential
lobby, common areas, and various building support and service spaces.
The building structure features a steel-framed podium at the First Floor, supporting five stories of wood-frame construction extending
from the Second-Floor slab through the roof. This construction approach provides a durable and fire-resistant base level for active
program functions, while efficiently accommodating residential living spaces on the upper floors.
