The Springhill Suites by Marriott is a transit oriented development comprised of a 2 level cast in place foundation/
parking garage/transfer deck with a 6-story cold formed steel (CFS) and COMSLAB deck framing system. The project
included hotel amenities such as a pool, fitness room, Starbucks coffee shop, and an exterior garden and landscaped
area. Callahan also provided construction management services for the fit out of an on-site restaurant space located
within the hotel.
