Callahan provided construction management services for the Linx at 490 Arsenal Street, a 188,000 SF existing warehouse where Callahan demolished the building leaving the core and shell structure to construct a new commercial building. Scope of work included a 2-story steel framed office building with parking around the building as well as a 2-story precast parking garage with a total of 520 parking spaces. The building consists of a second floor as well as a mezzanine area and the exterior building facade consists of metal paneling, including corrugated and composite metal panels, as well as glazed aluminum curtain wall with all glass entrances and storefronts.

The Linx is home to C4 Therapeutics, Aileron Therapeutics, Inc, Addgene, Inc, Kala Pharmaceuticals, and Redona Therapeutics.
