type 3A, 5-story wood frame structure with 264 units. Amenities include a fitness center, lounge and an outdoor swimming pool. The
facade of the building is comprised of fiber cement siding, brick, metal panels, aluminum storefront as well as vinyl and aluminum
windows. Also included are 68 balconies and 53 Juliet’s with glass sliding doors.
