Callahan provided construction management services for Cambridge College’s relocation project. Located in Hood Park Office Park in the neighborhood of Charlestown, MA, the project consisted of a 108,000 SF tenant fit-out with modern classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, offices, administrative areas, studies and lounges. The facility, which was designed by HGA, is equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual communications and teaching technologies, as well as ancillary support spaces for the college. Also, Callahan executed base building mechanical and miscellaneous upgrades on a concurrent path with the Cambridge College fit-out project. Under a separate contract with the building landlord, the Callahan team managed and implemented the work to support the Cambridge College space without impact to the project.
