Callahan provided construction management services for 200 West Street, an existing 138,000 SF asset that was repositioned for laboratory use. The redevelopment features a variety of modern lab spaces, including cold rooms and pilot labs, as well as chemistry and biology labs. Scope included new loading docks, generator, new roof, service elevator, chiller plant, chemical storage and infrastructure for PH neutralization. Additionally, 200 West Street features a full service cafe, on-site fitness and conference facilities.
200 West Street is home to Translate Bio, A123 Systems Inc., Alight Solutions, Excelitas Technologies Corporation, CallMiner, Power Home Remodeling, Evolv Technology, Ardelyx, Rita’s and Fulcrum Research Group.
