We recently completed Chroma Apartments in Cambridge, MA and tenants have begun to move in. The project is owned by National Development and was designed by ICON Architecture. The 128,631 square-foot, 96 unit new wood framed apartment complex includes below grade parking, a fitness center, lounge, meeting space, and a roof deck. Construction was completed in May.
