Callahan uses each project as an opportunity to inspire the next generation of engineers, architects or builders and provide them with invaluable real world experience. Most recently our Benchmark Senior Living, Norwood, team partnered with Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School to provide their students with a real world STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) classroom.
The students visited the site multiple times during different phases of construction and were given the opportunity to see STEM in action on-site. “Our goal with our community outreach program is to inspire and mentor young people and serve as a positive partner for the local community throughout the development and construction process,” said David Morrow, Project Executive.
