As Callahan’s Manager of Learning & Development, Chris is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the company’s training needs and creating additional content such as presentations and webinars. He also works with outside resources to produce classes and workshops that benefit office and field staff. Before assuming his current role, Chris was a project manager responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of various Callahan construction projects.

As Director of Field Operations, Paul provides oversight of field operations including superintendents, MEPS services and safety. He provides upper management level supervision, training and job assignment to construction personnel. He is also responsible for inspecting all construction job sites for quality control.

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He’s completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid and CPR.
