As Callahan’s in-house architect, Shawn is responsible for ensuring a thorough and in-depth review of all project documents, from initial design through final completion. During the preconstruction phase, Shawn oversees assessment of site use and density, constructability review, code analysis, and scope coordination.

Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and completed Graduate Course Study at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He holds architectural professional licenses in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.

Work is challenging yet fun just about every day. Working with people to solve issues and create the new places we build every day is a great and rewarding job.

Dan is responsible for evaluating and managing enterprise-wide risks with a focus on contracts and insurance programs. He leverages his legal expertise to work closely with executive leadership on construction transactions, as well as successful resolution of disputes and litigation. Dan is involved in the mitigation of risk at all levels of construction from ownership to subcontractors.

Dan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a bachelors in political science from the University of Connecticut.

As Human Resources Director, Nancy oversees all the Human Resources functions in our day-to-day operations. She is responsible for HR compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, onboarding new employees, data administration and documentation as well as talent and performance management.

Nancy earned a Master of Science in Management degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel College.

At Callahan, it’s the people that sets us apart from others.  It truly feels like we are an extension of the Callahan family.

As the director of safety, Adam leads Callahan’s safety program.  He is responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, while continually educating our teams to lead a culture of safe work practices.  Adam works with our self-perform divisions, while partnering with our subcontractors to enhance their performance through education and planning.

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in safety management from Indiana State University.  He holds the designation as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).

I am excited to be a part of the Callahan team and deliver impactful messaging highlighting our amazing people, projects, and our company’s greater value in the marketplace.

As Director of Marketing, David oversees all aspects of Callahan’s corporate marketing, including advertising, public relations, social media, and internal and external communications.

David has 30 years of experience in marketing for the commercial real estate and AEC industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Our team is always ready to think outside the box, and you can see it in the quality of our work. I’m proud of the value that we bring to our clients.

Phil is responsible for managing Callahan’s partnerships with existing clients, subcontractors, city officials, and community stakeholders, while at the
same time building new relationships. Phil manages Callahan’s project pipeline in NY, NJ and CT.

The energy at Callahan is contagious. The people here rise to any challenge with professionalism and drive, finding solutions with quality, integrity and confidence.

As QA/QC Manager, Will works with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and 3rd party consultants to ensure QA/QC standards meet or exceed project expectations. Will is responsible for developing mockup and scope clarifications to align design intentions with project delivery goals and development of project specific quality control guidelines.

Will earned a master’s degree in architecture from Washington University. He is a LEED® AP, member of the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Passive House Builder.

It has been gratifying to see the ways that Callahan has grown, even in a highly competitive marketplace. I look forward to building on that momentum, and to creating even more efficient processes.

As General Superintendent, Tony oversees all phases of a project from initial planning to completion. He is responsible for providing resources that include staffing, training, and career tracking to all project teams to ensure the project’s completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards. He also assists in the development and implementation of new and current policies.

Tony earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology with a concentration in construction technology from Fitchburg State University. He holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts and has completed OSHA safety training. He is a Certified Passive House Builder as well as NFPA Hot Works and Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

What excites me most about working at Callahan is the company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are truly valued. I am also deeply inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with the project teams to seamlessly integrate D&I principles into impactful projects that not only benefit the organization but also create a positive ripple effect within the broader community.

Anastasie manages the Callahan Diversity and Inclusion Program, as well as the associated goals and commitments ensuring Callahan is aligned with promoting diversity and inclusion throughout our projects and work sites.

Holding 15 years of experience driving workforce development as well as technical skills with database softwares to track diverse business participation, Anastasie provides clients with the assurance that diversity requirements will be well managed.
