As President, Patrick Callahan oversees all financial and administrative operations, and management of the company’s leadership team. He also works directly with clients, carrying forward his family’s commitment to excellent customer service, from preconstruction to project completion – and beyond.
Patrick began working in the family business in 1988 and over the years has gained leadership experience in all areas of management, including finance, legal, planning, personnel, and business development. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Plymouth State College and is a board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts.

As Vice President, Timothy Callahan manages the operations of Callahan’s Site Work Division. Timothy coordinates planning during all phases of site development, helping to ensure a successful project. He is also responsible for labor placement, equipment assignment, and scheduling and budgeting.
Timothy holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and a Massachusetts Hoisting Engineer License and has received both OSHA safety training and training for hazardous material and waste operations.
I enjoy putting together teams for our projects, aligning the skills of our employees with the needs of our clients. At the end of the day, I love seeing our completed projects and the pride our team takes in a job well done.
As Chief Operations Officer, Doug provides oversight and management of all corporate operations, controls, policies and procedures, manages staffing requirements, and is responsible for ensuring communication and efficiency across our services.
Doug joined Callahan in 1999 as a Project Manager and has executed hundreds of different projects, of all sizes and across multiple markets. Doug holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts. He has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.
Callahan is all about teamwork. I don’t know of a group that works together as well as we do, and our commitment to developing excellent client relationships is unmatched.
As Vice President of Preconstruction, Frank oversees the daily management, coordination, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. He is responsible for ensuring we meet cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and bidding.
Frank joined Callahan in 1995. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and has completed OSHA safety training.
Over the past few years, Callahan has made some major improvements to its operations, and I’m looking forward to seeing how we grow in the years to come.
As Vice President of Business Development, Steve is responsible for managing the firm’s partnerships with existing clients while at the same time building new relationships. Steve works with senior leadership on strategic company planning and oversees all sales and marketing efforts.
Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College and holds a construction supervisor license from the state of Massachusetts. He is a LEED® Green Associate and a member of the Young Contractor’s Council. Steve has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

As Vice President of New York Operations, Dave oversees quality, adherence to budgets, and customer satisfaction for the Tri-State region. Dave is responsible for managing Callahan’s resources to develop successful projects for new and existing clients from the early phases of preconstruction through project completion.
Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Central New England College. He holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts, has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

As Callahan’s Vice President of Engineering & Sitework, Robert oversees all in-house civil engineering services, including permitting, site preparation, and utility design. He is responsible for coordinating with clients on conceptual layouts for new developments and working with them to identify value engineering opportunities during preconstruction.
Robert earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Soil Evaluator in the state of Massachusetts. Robert is also a LEED® Accredited Professional.

As Callahan’s in-house architect, Shawn is responsible for ensuring a thorough and in-depth review of all project documents, from initial design through final completion. During the preconstruction phase, Shawn oversees assessment of site use and density, constructability review, code analysis, and scope coordination.
Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He holds architectural professional licenses in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.

As Vice President of Internal Operations, Jessica oversees and provides critical guidance for the internal operations for all teams and initiatives. Jessica is responsible for operational staffing, developing, and implementing process improvements and procedure development, as well as training, mentoring and employee engagement.
Jessica joined Callahan in 2013 as a Project Manager and was soon promoted to Project Executive, serving clients across multiple market sectors. She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. She has participated in OSHA safety training and is a Certified Engineer in Training.
