New construction of a 5,000 square foot pro shop that was built over the tee box of the first hole at the Woods Hole Country Club.
The development required extensive landscape and hardscape work, including the reconstruction of the first-tee box, and
amenity upgrades that include a recreation and grilling area. The project required both wet set and blue set paving.
