Callahan is constructing three custom prefabricated modular homes within White Elephant Village on Nantucket Island. The project will expand White Elephant Resorts’ portfolio of luxury residential accommodations while maintaining the architectural character and coastal charm that define the Nantucket setting.

Each residence will include approximately 3,000 SF of finished living space with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, premium interior finishes, custom millwork, integrated MEP systems, and smart-home features. The homes will utilize custom prefabricated modular box construction to help accelerate on-island installation and minimize site disruption.

The project also includes helical pile-supported grade beam foundations engineered for Nantucket’s coastal soil conditions, along with high-end exterior detailing consistent with local aesthetic guidelines. This project represents Callahan’s continued relationship with White Elephant Resorts and demonstrates the team’s ability to deliver high-quality residential work in a logistically complex island environment.
