Callahan provided construction management services for The Residence at Penniman Hill, a 90,000 SF senior living facility
with the latest elder care amenities. The first floor is compromised of memory care areas including common space and
seating and dining spaces. The second floor consists of assisted living areas, common spaces and a commercial kitchen.
The third floor is primarily assisted living residential dwelling units. Amenities include a commercial kitchen with dining
room, cafe and bistro, activity room, beauty salon, landscaped grounds, exterior planting areas and a memory garden.
