Callahan provided construction management services for The Point at 99 3rd Avenue. The ground up project consisted of constructing a new 16,000 SF structural steel building in Waltham, MA that included 2 restaurant spaces and 1 retail space. An interior mercantile space also leads down to an open parking area beneath the building.
