Stonebridge at Burlington includes 85 1-2-bedroom apartments and a one story wing for patients with Alzheimer’s
Disease and other memory care issues. Amenities include a gracious main dining room, private dining room for
family gatherings, beautifully appointed common areas, cafe and pub, green house art studio, activity room, théâtre,
fitness center and landscaped courtyard with outdoor fireplace.
