Callahan provided construction management services for the renovation and addition to the new Southcoast Market Place in Fall River, MA. Work included removing the facade of the existing mall, for 18 retail tenants with new facades and storefronts, all with exterior entrances. Project also included a 250,000 SF core and shell remodel of 2 existing buildings and 1 new building including extensive demolition and structural modifications. The building includes all new utilities and mechanical systems with core and shell white box delivery to tenants. Also included is the demolition of 5,000 SF to create an open-air plaza to function as the entrance to a new 11-screen cinema as well as 2 adjacent tenant spaces.
