Callahan provided construction management services for Post @ 200 Smith Street located in Waltham, MA. The project is an existing 327,000 SF office and industrial building that was redeveloped and expanded into a 395,000 SF first class creative office complex. The project required a portion of the building and site to remain operational for USPS operations, including trucking deliveries, personnel access and general public access. An early release of the demo package was also executed in order to keep the schedule on track.

200 Smith Street is now home to Elevate Bio, Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Boston Dynamics and United States Postal Service.
