The Residences at Meriel Marina Bay is located at 552 & 550 Victory Drive in Quincy, MA and consists of two 2 stand-alone residential buildings totaling 385,000 SF with 352 units. The project also includes 240,000 SF of parking underneath, 25,000 SF of 4 separate retail / restaurant spaces and a new 22,000 SF boardwalk. Also included is extensive amenity spaces, with exterior landscaped courtyards with pool and garden areas. Also part of the project is the rebuilding of the existing sea-wall, a stone rip-rap slope at the waters edge and new sheet piling.
