Callahan provided construction management services for this adaptive reuse project. Hamel Mill Lofts is an 367,000 SF apartment complex consisting of 305 1-2-bedroom units that range in size from 900-1,100 SF. The complex includes a cyber café, pool table room, bicycle storage area, fitness center, media center, conference area, beautifully landscaped courtyard and ample parking for all tenants. The apartment complex is made up of four historical buildings that originally included the L.H. Hamel Leather Company. The project included historic exterior and interior restoration to maintain the look of the original buildings.
