Callahan, Inc. is providing construction management and general contracting services for this new 51,000 SF wood framed residential apartment building. The building will house 45 units as well as management office space, a community room, laundry facilities, and a resident library. This is the 2nd building /phase of the three phase project. Associated work with this phase includes the expansion of an on-site waste water treatment facility and construction of an access road to the Clay Pond shopping center.
