Callahan provided preconstruction, construction management and MEP design/build services for the relocation of Cavium Networks in Marlborough, MA. The new 53,000 SF tenant fit-out included office space, a data center and an electronics lab area. The datacenter is supported by a 250 kilowatt (kw) generator with an 80 kw UPS (un-interruptible power supply)system. Sensitive humidity requirements for the electronics lab & data center have been incorporated into the HVAC and architectural design.
