The project involves the construction of an 87-unit structural steel building and is based on a prototypical design that Benchmark Senior Living has adopted for its properties. The building consists of 20 Memory Care units which provide a variety of services for those with Alzheimer’s and other illnesses that cause memory impairment. The remaining 67 units are Assisted Living units which contain individual bathrooms, kitchenettes and living spaces. There are a number of amenities within the building that provide residents with options for daily living.
