for a 90-unit senior living facility with 21 memory care units and 69 assisted living units throughout. There are 35 studio
units, 30 1-bedroom units and 25 2-bedroom units. The facility includes a commercial kitchen, dining area, and bistro,
library, day spa, on-site dentist office, common area living rooms, exercise rooms, computer room, arts and craft room,
beauty salon, commercial laundry, landscaped grounds, courtyard, walking path and a pergola.
