The project includes 195 studio, 1-2-bedroom residential units and 10,000 SF of retail space on the main street level. The 5-story building sits above a 1-story podium garage with parking for 171 vehicles. A portion of the building is set back from the street adjacent to the main building entrance to create an open public space for passive recreation. Residential amenities include a swimming pool, media room and fitness area.
