Callahan completed work on this 6,700 SF, high-end renovation to the 10th and 11th floors of 148 State Street. The scope of work included the installation of an internal stairway from the 10th to 11th floor, 1st floor lobby renovation and refinished elevators. Work also included a reception desk with integrated lighting and slats that continue onto the ceilings, demountable glass partitions, blinds throughout the 10th and 11thfloors, new carpet, tile, ACT ceiling and exposed deck, as well as new HVAC and a high end lighting package.
