As the director of safety, Adam leads Callahan’s safety program.  He is responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, while continually educating our teams to lead a culture of safe work practices.  Adam works with our self-perform divisions, while partnering with our subcontractors to enhance their performance through education and planning.

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in safety management from Indiana State University.  He holds the designation as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).

Our team is always ready to think outside the box, and you can see it in the quality of our work. I’m proud of the value that we bring to our clients.

Phil is responsible for managing Callahan’s partnerships with existing clients, subcontractors, city officials, and community stakeholders, while at the
same time building new relationships. Phil manages Callahan’s project pipeline in NY, NJ and CT.

Work is challenging yet fun just about every day. Working with people to solve issues and create the new places we build every day is a great and rewarding job.

Dan is responsible for evaluating and managing enterprise-wide risks with a focus on contracts and insurance programs. He leverages his legal expertise to work closely with executive leadership on construction transactions, as well as successful resolution of disputes and litigation. Dan is involved in the mitigation of risk at all levels of construction from ownership to subcontractors.

Dan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a bachelors in political science from the University of Connecticut.

It has been gratifying to see the ways that Callahan has grown, even in a highly competitive marketplace. I look forward to building on that momentum, and to creating even more efficient processes.

As General Superintendent, Tony oversees all phases of a project from initial planning to completion. He is responsible for providing resources that include staffing, training, and career tracking to all project teams to ensure the project’s completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards. He also assists in the development and implementation of new and current policies.

Tony earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology with a concentration in construction technology from Fitchburg State University. He holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts and has completed OSHA safety training. He is a Certified Passive House Builder as well as NFPA Hot Works and Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

Our people are awesome and accomplish great things every day. The synergy that develops over the years between our repeat customers and our staff is fantastic.

As Vice President of New York Operations, Dave oversees quality, adherence to budgets, and customer satisfaction for the Tri-State region. Dave is responsible for managing Callahan’s resources to develop successful projects for new and existing clients from the early phases of preconstruction through project completion.

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Central New England College. He holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts, has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

I truly enjoy coming to work every day. Not many people can say that. It is because of the construction challenges we tackle, but also because of the friendly work atmosphere.

As Callahan’s Civil Engineer, Robert oversees all in-house civil engineering services, including permitting, site preparation, and utility design. He is responsible for coordinating with clients on conceptual layouts for new developments and working with them to identify value engineering opportunities during preconstruction.

Robert earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Soil Evaluator in the state of Massachusetts. Robert is also a LEED® Accredited Professional.

As QA/QC Manager, Will works with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and 3rd party consultants to ensure QA/QC standards meet or exceed project expectations. Will is responsible for developing mockup and scope clarifications to align design intentions with project delivery goals and development of project specific quality control guidelines.

Will earned a master’s degree in architecture from Washington University. He is a LEED® AP, member of the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Passive House Builder.

We are an established construction management firm, but we are constantly evolving. Our leadership values new processes and technologies, and that’s a benefit to our clients and employees.

As Director of Internal Operations, Jessica oversees and provides critical guidance for the internal operations for all teams and initiatives. Jessica is responsible for operational staffing, developing, and implementing process improvements and procedure development, as well as training, mentoring and employee engagement.

Jessica joined Callahan in 2013 as a Project Manager and was soon promoted to Project Executive, serving clients across multiple market sectors.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  She has participated in OSHA safety training and is a Certified Engineer in Training.

Over the past few years, Callahan has made some major improvements to its operations, and I’m looking forward to seeing how we grow in the years to come.

As Vice President of Business Development, Steve is responsible for managing the firm’s partnerships with existing clients while at the same time building new relationships. Steve works with senior leadership on strategic company planning and oversees all sales and marketing efforts.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College and holds a construction supervisor license from the state of Massachusetts. He is a LEED® Green Associate and a member of the Young Contractor’s Council. Steve has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

Callahan is all about teamwork. I don’t know of a group that works together as well as we do, and our commitment to developing excellent client relationships is unmatched.

As Vice President of Preconstruction, Frank oversees the daily management, coordination, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. He is responsible for ensuring we meet cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and bidding.

Frank joined Callahan in 1995. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and has completed OSHA safety training.
