As Chief Financial Officer, Christina leads Callahan’s financial operations, human resources, technology, and strategy while managing internal processes for budgeting, capital planning, and forecasting. She also works with other members of the senior leadership team, bringing expertise to issues that are related to business performance, change leadership, large project bids, and strategic planning.

As Director of Field Operations, Paul provides oversight of field operations including superintendents, MEPS services and safety. He provides upper management level supervision, training and job assignment to construction personnel. He is also responsible for inspecting all construction job sites for quality control.
Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He’s completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid and CPR.

As Chief Operations Officer, Doug provides oversight and management of all corporate operations, controls, policies and procedures, manages staffing requirements, and is responsible for ensuring communication and efficiency across our services.
Doug joined Callahan in 1999 as a Project Manager and has executed hundreds of different projects, of all sizes and across multiple markets. Doug holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts. He has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

As Vice President, Timothy Callahan manages the operations of Callahan’s Site Work Division. Timothy coordinates planning during all phases of site development, helping to ensure a successful project. He is also responsible for labor placement, equipment assignment, and scheduling and budgeting.
Timothy holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and a Massachusetts Hoisting Engineer License and has received both OSHA safety training and training for hazardous material and waste operations.
Work doesn’t feel like work. I look forward to going to the office or heading to a jobsite each day. I love when we produce a finished project, and a satisfied client.
As President, Patrick Callahan oversees all financial and administrative operations, and management of the company’s leadership team. He also works directly with clients, carrying forward his family’s commitment to excellent customer service, from preconstruction to project completion – and beyond.
Patrick began working in the family business in 1988 and over the years has gained leadership experience in all areas of management, including finance, legal, planning, personnel, and business development. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Plymouth State College and is a board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts.
