We’re now working on our third project with AvalonBay Communities, most recently completing North Point Lofts in Cambridge, MA in 2014. North Point II will be a 350,779 square-foot,six-story, 265 unit, wood framed mixed-use residential building that will sit over a two level parking garage and include retail space, offices, and a fitness center. Designed by Kyu Sung Woo Architects, in association with Cube 3 Studios the project is on track for a May 2018 completion.
