Callahan provided construction management services for this 5-story, 157,000 SF, 77-unit luxury condominium building located in the
Hingham Shipyard. The complex features a 4-story wood frame above a structural steel and concrete podium. Amenities include an
elevated residents-only waterfront courtyard with a fire pit and grill stations, bicycle and kayak storage, dog run and pet washing station
and a roof deck with sweeping waterfront views. Brio residences range from 750 to 2,100 SF in size. In addition, a total of 160 indoor and
outdoor parking spaces are located on-site.
