Callahan provided construction management services for this new 80-unit assisted living facility. The 72,000 SF building
includes a mix of studio, 1-2–bedroom apartments, and features a Reflections Memory Care wing for residents with
Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia and other memory impairments. The residence also includes a variety of common areas:
living rooms, library, computer room, private dining, entertainment, recreation and cafes. The landscaped grounds
include walking paths for residents, sitting areas, gardens and other amenities.
