Callahan provided construction management services for this new 112,000 SF assisted living facility. The new steel and
wood framed building includes a 30,000 SF below-grade parking garage and 82,000 SF of living space on three floors. The
facility includes 91 1-2-bedroom apartments and an Alzheimer’s wing on the first and second floors. Amenities include a
fitness room, spa, bistro, country kitchen, library, theatre, offices, public gathering places, exterior patios and courtyards.
