Located at 1050 Waltham Street in Lexington, MA, Revolution Labs is a 180,000 SF office and lab building with a 442-space standalone precast garage. The project will host best-in-class amenity spaces including covered parking with a solar canopy and electric vehicle charging stations, shuttle service to the nearby Alewife MBTA station, an onsite café, fitness center, bike share, bike storage, lockers and showers, lounge areas and meeting space, an amenity deck with a fire pit, sport court, and a connection to more than four miles of nature trails along the Western Greenway.
The building will also include state-of-the-art, lab ready infrastructure and is targeting LEED Gold and Well Building certifications.
Revolution Labs is available for lease to leading life science companies and is on track to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2022.
