We recently broke ground on Crown Colony in Quincy, MA. The 688,664 square-foot multifamily project is owned by The Flatley Company and designed by Sheskey Architects.
When completed in the fall of 2018, the project will consist of four 5-story apartment buildings, two 6-story apartment buildings, a maintenance building and a clubhouse. There will be a total of 492 units with a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, with 300 below grade parking spaces. The building facade will include a combination of fiber cement panels and a brick veneer.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, a lounge with a fireplace and TV, a tennis court, a fitness and yoga studio, outdoor showers, and a swimming pool.
