We are in the process of transforming the former Verizon warehouse at 490 Arsenal Street into a 185,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building that will feature an 8,000-square-foot atrium lobby, mezzanine space, bike stations with storage and showers, adjacent recreational green space, a bocci court, grills, and a lounge area. The project, designed by Spagnolo Giness & Associates, will also be targeting LEED Certification.
