Callahan, Inc. recently completed construction on The Residences at Wingate in Needham, Massachusetts. Residents began moving into the independent, assisted living and memory care community in late August.
“Callahan played an integral part in bringing this project in on time and on budget. Their team of construction professionals consistently provided the tools and expertise that helped to make this project a success,” said Dave Feldman, Vice President of Property Management at Wingate Healthcare.
The 112,231 square-foot community features 91 units, and a 30,000 square-foot below-grade parking garage. 82,030 square feet of living space is divided between three floors in the steel and wood framed building. The Residences at Wingate consists of one and two bedroom apartments and a specialized memory care wing. Callahan, Inc. provided construction management services for the community.
