Steve Carley

Project Executive

As Project Executive, Steve ensures seamless construction management across all project phases, from the conception to completion. In his role, Steve oversees the entire project team, and is on-site throughout the life of a project, resolving issues and coordinating communication with our employees, subcontractors, and clients. Throughout the process, Steve monitors schedule and budget, and ensures value and quality.

Prior to joining Callahan in 2005, Steve worked as a Project Executive at Suffolk Construction. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, and has completed OSHA training. Steve is also a LEED® Accredited Professional.

The Finished Product. Callahan transforms a client’s vision for an empty lot or abandoned shell, often scratched on the back of a napkin – into someone’s home or business.

Off hours

Away from Callahan, Steve is busy with his wife and four energetic children, coaching their football and basketball teams, and just having fun. Steve looks forward to boating and fishing in the summer, and visits to New Jersey, where he and his wife were raised.
