One of two topping offs for LCB Senior Living, The Residence at Vinnin Square, is a 76,000 square-foot, 84-unit senior living complex that will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and will feature a Reflections Memory Care wing. The project is designed by The Architectural Team and is on track for a February 2017 completion.
Melrose Station is a 86,885 square-foot, five-story senior living complex. The complex will include 90 assisted living units, a self-contained Reflections Memory Care Wing located on the second floor, and common spaces. As we are for the Vinnin Square Project, we are collaborating with LCB Senior Living and The Architectural Team on our way to a March 2017 completion.
