Callahan has teamed up with The Dolben Company, Inc. on Rumney Marsh Flats, a 231-unit luxury apartment development in Revere, MA. The project, designed by HDS Architecture, broke ground on November 25, 2014 and will consist of three five-story wood framed buildings on six acres. The unit mix will include studios, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom with den and two-bedroom units. Each unit will have a gas-fired heat and hot water system and central air condition. Common amenities will include a great room, café, kitchen area, and a fitness center. The project is set for completion in June 2016.
